Exodus Chapter 20 Faithfulness

 We began the morning by explaining faithfulness to the kids and how God is faithful to us, no matter what. We as people often do terrible things, follow other gods but despite that, God always loves us and sticks with us. Sherry showed God's faithfulness with an object lesson. She glued to pieces of paper together and said that that's faithfulness. Even when you try to pull the two pieces apart, the paper doesn't fully seperate from the other paper and the glue is always there. No matter what, God is there with us. 

 The Flesh is naturally unfaithful, ditching people as soon as they don't meet our needs or make us happy. God is never like this. Though people are constantly unfaithful to Him, God is not like us and is always faithful, no matter what. The only way we can be faithful to the people in our lives is if we are surrendered to God, letting him be faithful through us.
